Ribbon

After you log in, the upper part of the page displays a horizontal ribbon that serves as a menu of the server features.

The ribbon is divided to several tabs, each of them containing buttons for a set of features. They are described in more detail in other chapters of this document:

  • The DASHBOARD tab, symbolized by the house icon, combines several useful overviews from FormFlow on a single page. It is described in chapter Dashboard.

  • The DOCUMENTS tab is used to manage documents. It is described in chapter Documents.

  • The PROCESSES tab contains features related to handling form processes that are in progress. It is described in chapter Processes.

  • Logged in users will see more features in FormFlow, based on their permissions. You will find them on other tabs. They are described in other parts of the documentation. Anonymous users can view the PROCESSES tab only.

You can expand or collapse the ribbon again by clicking on one of the tabs or using the buttons image and image, placed on the right end of the ribbon.
