My exports

This setting tab is only displayed if you have the permission to create unlimited exports (GRID_UNLIMITED_EXPORT). This means that when exporting a list of documents on the Documents tab (either using the Export button on the right below the list, or Export to ZIP in bulk operations), you can request a list of any size, even exceeding the limits set for most users.

You can find files created using the option Export all in your settings, on the My exports tab. Each row corresponds to one export. The buttons in the Actions column provide basic handling for the file:

  • Download icon Stáhnout export – download the export file on your computer drive.

  • Delete export icon Delete export – remove the export when it is not needed anymore.
