Software characteristics

FormFlow is an information system that provides central management of documents and XML forms, their circulation including approval processes and data collection in the database.

With its help you can make sure that all users can reach the documents and forms they need. Filled-out forms are then passed on using FormFlow to other persons responsible and, after they are approved, transferred to the specified destination or finished.

The software runs in common web browsers. Users therefore work in an environment where they can find their way around easily and fast.

It is possible to fill out the forms directly in the web browser using an extension, or in a stand-alone application, Software602 Form Filler (for more details on this tool, see its user manual [PDF in Czech, 900 kB]).
