FormFlow controls

When you are logged in, the upper part of the page displays general controls.

They are, from left to right:

  • image61 Current username.

  • image Button to show the list of bound users. It offers a fast method of switching to another user. The feature is described in more detail in chapter Switching between user accounts.

  • image Buttons for advanced search and its parameters, and also for help. You can find more details in chapter Search.

  • image The button displays system events (only for users with administration permissions).

  • image The button displays the toolbar My settings. You can find more details in chapter Settings.

  • image The Help button displays a list of help documents.

  • image The Logout button can be used to log the current user out of FormFlow. You can find more details on logging out in chapter Logging out.

  • image image The buttons that hide/show the toolbar.

The left section displays a ribbon with tabs you can use to display the individual FormFlow sections. You can find more details in chapter Ribbon.
