Qualified storage (archive)

The Qualified storage module is used to provide long-term validity and long-term archiving of documents. The controls to set up the module – the menu options on the Archive button on the ADMINISTRATION tab and other setting options directly in form settings – are only available if the module is enabled in the database.

In versions older than 10.2.4, the module was called Long-term digital archive.

To set up the module itself, visit ADMINISTRATION  Archive  Settings. The screen is only available to users with the LTD_ADMINISTRATOR system operation.
