Processes – form insertion and administration

FormFlow processes are based on data entered in forms. Forms are created from templates stored in FormFlow. Users select forms from a list organized as a tree structure.

To open the screen to manage settings related to processes, go to ADMINISTRATION Processes Processes. Here you can:

Create a folder structure for the processes.
Manage the process templates themselves (as described in the following chapters, especially Installing a form template to FormFlow, and also chapters describing how to manage forms, such as Managing the form template – general overview and Editing the basic form details).
The principles of form workflow and its settings are described in separate chapter, Data collection and form flow.
