Conversion to PDF

To convert an attachment file in general format, such as DOCX, XLSX or TXT, to PDF, select the option Convert to PDF. The file will be converted and the original attachment file replaced by the converted one.

The resulting file is simply the document converted to PDF, without any additions (such as clauses, etc.). The original document needs to be checked for viruses before the conversion (if antivirus check is enabled). Authorized users (administrators) with access to archive settings can adjust some of the conversion properties.
