Importing login details to eToken

This option is useful if you have login details saved in Signer but not in eToken. It might happen if, during account creation, you did not select Yes in the query whether to transfer the new login to eToken.

Let us suppose that we have two accounts in SignerCompany Login and Sofa login. You have selected Yes during account creation for the first one and No for the second one. Both the accounts are available in Signer.

In eToken, the situation is different. Only the Company Login is available in the login dialog. How to include the other account?

image51

Select Import in the lower part of the dialog. A two-part window Import Signer logins opens. The left side displays accounts available in Signer, the right side displays those available in eToken.

On the left, select the account to transfer to eToken. Then click the double-arrow button.

The selected account entry is copied to the right part of the window. You can still cancel the transfer at this point: select the account and click Remove new login to delete it from this part of the window.

Once you select Apply, you will not be able to remove the account from eToken using this dialog.

Now you can use the new account to log in to eToken.

If there are any HSM certificates available, they are imported at this point.
