Signer now also available for Windows Phone devices

We are introducing a new version of Signer, an application for handling trusted documents. From the beginning of May, this application is newly available for Windows Phone mobile devices. Users with a valid license can handle documents using their laptop, tablet or smartphone. A single license for Signer from Software 602 is valid for devices using Windows, Windows Phone, iOS and Android operating systems.

The compact and well-arranged environment allows its users, among other options, to:

• attach digital signatures and qualified time stamps,
• verify the authenticity of incoming documents,
• convert documents from virtually any format into the archival format, PDF/A, or another PDF version,
• make use of device-specific features (e.g. create trustworthy photographs using a smartphone or a tablet,
• fully anonymize data from PDF documents, run OCR…).

Signer offers a range of features that enhance user comfort, such as handling password-protected PDF documents, previewing the Microsoft Office documents being signed, a wider range of options when selecting the reason for signing (I am the document's author, I agree, I acknowledge, etc.) and other options.
