Regular meeting of Software602 users and developers took place on May 29 in Prague. The program consisted of case studies from a middle-sized bank and a small accounting firm and presentation of new product features as well as an extended vision of paperless organization.

In his key speech, Antonín Drahovzal, the sales director for commercial sector, summed up the latest product news. He briefly reminded that key pillars of Software602 solution architecture are the following:

  • Software602 FormFlow Server – an advanced system for managing the flow of dynamic applications.
  • SPIS (dossiers) module covering the processing of incoming mail and its distribution to individual end users.
  • DMS module.
  • FormApps environment, which brings the full functionality of Software602 solutions to mobile devices.
  • Long term archive compliant to ETSI standards.

Across this product portfolio, a lot of new features have been added, stated Mr. Drahovzal. He listed some of them including a new way of managing notification e-mails, deadlines, switching between different user roles, sophisticated search options and shredding forms.

In his second presentation, Antonín brought a comprehensive vision for digital documents in an organization. He also informed the audience about future plans for Software602 product development. The products will get simpler interfaces so that nontechnical users can change processes. Biometric signature will be implemented into Software602 solutions as well.

In the second part of the meeting, case studies were presented. CEO of Oroffi, Mrs. Sylva Gapková, explained the new services her company offers through Software602 solution. Oroffi is a payroll and accounting outsourcer and from their office in Tábor (South Bohemia) they manage approval processes of their clients in Prague.

Equa bank in the Czech Republic implemented a Buy2Pay project based on Software602 technologies, informed Controlling&Budgeting Manager Cyril Tůma. Buy2Pay is a comprehensive approval environment, used mostly for purchase orders and incoming invoices. Software602 solution is integrated with ERP, intranet, mail server and data warehouse.
