Martin Vondrouš, divisional director for Long-Term Docs in Software602, has been placed among bloggers of iHned.cz, a portal closely connected to the main Czech business daily, Hospodářské noviny. On his blog, Martin focuses on different aspects of trusted digital documents as well as changes in business and lifestyle connected to them.
“It is sure that trusted digital documents are to bring abrupt changes into office work, business and lifestyle in general. Some aspects are already obvious, such as disappearing of paper folders or replacing paper contracts by electronic ones. Other changes are still opaque. E.g. digital purchase contracts can be used, which will include pictures and video. But other changes cannot be foreseen now and some of them are perhaps the key ones,” wrote Martin in his first contribution.
In his second article, Martin draws attention to carelessness of owners and users of important digital documents. “Working with papers, we understand that a stamp, signature and sometime even some additional protecting elements are necessary. However, we often issue, send and accept digital documents with insufficient protection,” he wrote and explained basic measures for protecting digital documents.
Martin Vondrous’ blog on iHned is expected to become the key discussion place on digital documents. Other experts, including lawyers, office designers, process consultants and ergonomics experts will take part as well. The blog in Czech is available on http://vondrous.blog.ihned.cz/
